CERTIFICATE 1 IN CAFE OPERATIONS IN MAIDSTONE

Jesuit Community College have an accredited course combining practical training on a commercial espresso machine with training in effective customer service techniques. The course develops employability skills, and improves the language and literacy skills required for employment in hospitality.

BMNH Playgroup Free

Come along and join the BMNH Playgroup and connect with other mothers in your Neighbourhood. Share a light snack for the children and friendship. Activities for the young ones will be provided. 

PLAYGROUP SUPPORTED BY NAFISA MONDAY 10.00 AM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MARIBYRNONG CITY COUNCIL. Guest speakers attend through out the year and the Maternal Child Health Nurse attends throughout the year.

Monday between 10am and 2pm. Drop in for support with mobile phones and PC's. If your needing support or have any questions solved regarding smart phones or internet ,our tutor can guide you through your questions and concerns.

Monday's school terms only. These workshops are to help older people thrive in a digital world. Discover how being online can add new skills and experiences to your life. Learn the basics of getting online. Build your confidence in using digital technology.  Drop in between 10am and 2pm to get connected.

Theme for 2020 is "Bringing People Together"

Celebrate Neighbourhood House week with a Devonshire Tea Tuesday 12th May 2020  11am.

Mosaics 

Learn how to make a mosaic working with colourfull tiles to make a  piece of art

Every Wednesday. School Terms Only 10am - 12pm Cost $3

COOKING WITH MARIA

This class will run for term 1 and 2. Wednesdays at 12.30-2.30. This is a multicultural cooking class with cusine  prepared from all over the world.  Cost $3

This class has much social interaction. Maria is an excellent tutor that brings to the class her expertise to her cooking and instruction.

 

Tenant Community Meeting Lunches

Enjoy a free Lunch. Meet local residents, new people, and get to know your neighbours. Guest speakers each luncheon .

BMNH ROOM HIRE  

We have an activity room for hire to suit meetings, workshops and social groups etc. The room is available for casual or ongoing bookings.

TRADING TABLE

Bring along your unwanted goods and donate to the trading table. Goods must be in good condition. 

All proceeds go to the BMNH for the purchase of materials for classes, this keeps the cost of classes down.
